At GLYNT Silver, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Returns
Due to the nature of silver jewellery, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

If a package appears damaged or tampered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
